Pug Invasion in Japan

Remember I told you about the 10th Annual All Japan Pug Meet?
Here's some photos. Now that's a LOT of my people...all 864 pugs.

Mama really wants to go next year. I better make my plane reservations now!

I wonder if any parents took home the wrong pug?
I better brush up on my Japanese too.
How do you say "snack" in Japanese Mama?

Farewell Cousin Astro

Yesterday Mama found out that cousin Astro passed away and went to dog heaven.
Although I never got to meet my cousin, Mama told me that he was a great boy and that he brought so much love and happiness to Auntie Ann, Uncle Kenny and Baa.

We will all miss you very much Astro. I know you're running around in dog heaven with Sierra and Cody.

Love Teppei

These Paws are Made for Walking

And that's just what they'll do
one of these days these paws are gonna walk all over you.

Sorry Mama I didn't mean what I just sang!
Can I please still have a snack?

Oh remember I told you all about the Pug Meeting in Japan?
Well the tally is in and there were 800 pugs that attended!!!
Can you believe that?

I wonder which country has the most pugs.
Can someone take a doggie census?

Oh before I go, let me introduce you to Anko.
Isn't she the cutest? Doesn't she look like an obaachan?
Just wanna give her some hot tea and manju.

Good night!

ALL JAPAN PUG MEETING TODAY

Well today in Japan the 10th Annual Pug Meeting is being held at Doggy Park near the base of Mt. Fuji.

Isn't that wild? I think more than 300 pugs will come from all over Japan to meet and greet.
My pug friends Hina, Mona, Benbo & Komu are all attending.

Here's a picture of them (Hina is on the far right, Benbo far left and their babies Ao, Runa & Mona). Aren't they the cutest?

I asked Mama if I could go too but she said I had no passport.
Pooh. I had my suitcase packed too.

Oh well. Time to take a nap on Mama's leg.

Look I slept so good I even drooled on Mama's pants.

Sorry Mama.

She still loves me lots. Drool and all.

Happy Mama's Day!!

In many parts of the world today, families & friends are getting together to celebrate and give thanks to the one person that gives us all unconditional love. Mamas, Okasan, Madre, Ama, Mãe, Nana, Mor, Maman, Màna, Makuahine, Anya, Matri and so on...no matter how you call your Mama, she's da best.

She's the rock, the one person that is the glue that holds it all together.

My life is in my Mama's hands.

My Grandma Julia is no longer here with us, but Mama bought yellow roses (Grandma Julia's favorite) in memory of her.

She told me never forget Grandma Julia and always keep her in your heart.
I won't Mama. I promise.

Happy Mother's Day to all the Mama's

A little extra...

I have to tell you one thing that I just can't say "I LIKE."
What is that you say? Its name starts with the letter "D"

DYSON

That Dyson just roars around the house all the time. Chases me around.
I try to take away the yellow ball that is in its mouth. But it won't let go of it.

Can someone tell this Dyson to shut up and give me that big yellow ball?

CHILDREN'S DAY 5/5

Today is Children's Day! Hugs and Kisses to all my little friends!

Mama dug out these humongous koi fish. Unfortunately we don't have a flag pole to properly display them. So she lay them on the rug and they're just swimming around me.

In celebration of Moi Day, I mean Children's Day, Dad bought some oh just delicious cupcakes from Kara's Cupcakes.

One for Dad, one for Mama and two for me!

What you don't think I deserve 2 cupcakes?
I'm a good little boy and Mama said I can have one tonight and one tomorrow.

Nee ner nee ner nee ner!

BTW: My Uncle Kei in Japan said they are still feeling little tremors here and there. He is a construction worker. So to feel those tremors when you are are waaaaaay on top of a building is a very scary thing. Please continue to help the people of Northern Japan by helping the many groups/organizations in their fundraising efforts.

OOOPS

This morning I had my booty pressed against Mama's head.
When Mama woke up and turned around....

I shifted my body and accidentally farted in Mama's face.

Mama gomen nasai
I AM SOOOOOOOO SORRY MAMA!!!

I don't have morning breath so I gave Mama lots of chu chu kisses!!

BTW for those who can read Japanese, here an email from my pug friends Hina & Mona's Mama from Japan:

Mama told her that we are all doing our best to raise funds to help the people of Northern Japan. Hina's Mama is grateful to everyone world wide who have opened their hearts to help.

Here's a picture of Hina (4 years old) & daughter Mona (6 months old) they live in Tokyo.

Good night Hina & Mona, good night everyone, good night people of Japan.

Welcome to Teppei Boy!

Teppei is the name of our boy. Ok ok he is a pug, but to me and my husband he is our little boy. He's brought so much joy into our lives and continues to entertain us with his facial expressions that say so much. And that is why I have started this blog, to share with you Teppei's photos and what he's wanting to say.

I'm hoping to chronicle his life here so that you can see how much this little boy means to us.

Now without further a do...My Teppei Boy
